Quick commerce platforms generate significant single-use packaging waste, but no in-app mechanism exists to close the loop.
Research across 64 survey responses, warehouse interviews, and focus groups revealed that waste is behavioral, not infrastructural. The solution embeds a bag return prompt into the existing delivery handoff — users hand bags to the delivery partner, scan via phone camera, and receive instant wallet credit.
